Hi my name is Teresa and I know exactly how important it is that your wedding day is nothing less than perfect.
Not only have I been a bride myself, but I have also worked with many international couples at every stage of their wedding: from planning the whole day, to just looking after finer details such as dog chaperoning or making wedding flowers.
Unavoidably, life does not hold only happy moments. My background is in pastoral care, with training in Psychotherapy and I am also a death doula and trained in baby loss. This means that I have extensive understanding of grief and bereavement and it is my privilege to help families navigate difficult life processes such as saying goodbye.
Regardless if you are YES, hello or goodbye, one of my most important values are to make sure that you are able to have a ceremony in a way that holds meaning to you and your loved ones – whatever that may look like to you – and that it will be inclusive and trauma informed to make sure that we keep the care and community that ceremonies was intended for since the beginning of time. No one gets left behind…not even your pets if you so choose!
While we create a sacred, inclusive atmosphere, there is no reason why your ceremony can’t also be filled with fun and laughter and include all of your loved ones with poems and song and the odd joke.
If a heartfelt ceremony sounds like what you’re after, you are warmly invited to contact me for a chat.
“Laughter is the soil in which love grows strong”
