Hi, Katie Quigley, your local community celebrant here. My pronouns are she/her. I am from Tipperary and I am currently living in Galway.

I am not only your local community celebrant, I am a lyme disease warrior and advocate and I am also an advocate for hidden disabilities. I am passionate about giving back to the community who got me through some of the darkest times of my life.

My mission in life has always been to help people. I hope that through my work as a celebrant I can help people to see that it is through the broken parts of them that the light can get through.

I am a country woman at heart and in my spare time I can be found spending time in nature or on horseback. I also love yoga, particularly laughter yoga and before you roll your eyes try it, we don’t laugh enough anymore and after all laughter is the best medicine. I love mindfulness and meditation so I can hold all the emotions in your ceremony and I will make sure it’s a memory you will hold close to your heart. I am extremely creative and I have been known to get lost in my arts and crafts and write a poem or two.

I am very passionate about making a difference in the world, so I volunteer with several charities.
